Gives teams a little bit more flexibility. If your veteran isn't performing, there's an option to swap in the other.

You'll have to make your own list. The draft list is the list with everyone's names and you put your picks next to your name etc. Don't worry, I'll post the draft details later on tonight.

Wow so if its 9 players < 50 ODIs and 7 players < 50 ODIS & age less than 23 , then it sums upto to 160 players to go under the hammer !! Right now , my list reads only 75 players where the under 23 list is absolutely pathetic with so many assosciate players filled up . This is gonna be great as well as tough .

The list Truman is talking about is the one that you update with your pick each round so everyone knows which players have been taken.

What do you meant by making your own list.

He means he wont be making a list of U-23 players and U-50 ODI players, you have to make your own one for your own reference depending on the players you want.

Good question, I hadn't thought of that. Yes, I'll let the cut off date be tomorrow (Sunday 30th January). So anyone who is 23 and under tomorrow or who has played 50 or less ODIs will be eligible.

-eg: If Player A turns 24 on 1st of February, he would be allowed. If he turned 24 on the 30th of January (tomorrow) he would not be allowed.
-eg: If Player B is to play his 51st ODI tomorrow, he would still be allowed.

Hopefully that clears things up. Basically ages and matches played freeze as of 12.01am Sunday.

That's why I wanted good managers. At the end of the season, we'll see how things went and how things can be improved.
