International ODI 3D Cricket sim with player editor (available now)

Updated the game to have draft which you can run or choose not to run at the start of every season , more detailed player development and now you can select the playing XI as well , will release the build tomorrow
Also tried adding FUT mode with purchasable cards but I got bored in just 10 mins so I removed it.

Updated the game significantly with following new features

  • Custom tournament creation with multiple formats:
  • 3-match series
  • 5-match series
  • Tri-nations series
  • Four-nations series
  • World T20 Cup format
  • Pitch impacts significantly impact match outcome
  • More pitch specific traits added (15 new traits) , some players play better on different pitches some can play on any pitch etc
  • Youth Teams added (You can setup a new series between youth teams and play them out and then sign the best performers in to your team)
  • Youth Teams will play alongside International teams for better understanding of upcoming players
  • Significant update to match engine to take account of new pitch conditions and players traits
  • World View tab added describing each team strengths and weaknesses and star players throughout the career mode

I have trained the match engine by using cricinfo data of every single T20 match played between top 12 international teams and used icc players ranking to create a robust match Engine which produce accurate match results , and I can run the same command to create a perfect ODI match engine as well
 
Actually I added ODI engine (without balancing) in to the game but the problem is the player creation method which I initially used to create all the 12 teams and 15 players in each of them only allows one type of stats to be saved so the solution would be to either create all those 100s of players again and allow them to save both ODI and T20 stats or just any one type of stats , this issue is not there for regen players they can play T20 and ODIs with both stats saving , I am not too bothered to edit all those international players just to add ODI format in the game as the response of this game is pretty much non existent.
 
Btw it’s still a fun thing when you manages a youth team and see your 13 year old pacer who couldn’t hit even 105kph turned out to the world fastest bowler at the age of 25 (of course the probability of 150k+ speed is only 2% among all the generated bowlers) but they all develop their pace and you can see the impact of their pace in the game with pace friendly wicket and inept batters against pace even if they have good batting skills but bad traits against genuine quick bowling or bad trait on a green track.
A bowler with bad bowling skills but high pace and pace demon trait and green track bully trait can still cause a havoc even against good batters with high skills but no counter trait against high pace bowling on a green track.

The game is highly detailed and cricket captain can’t come any closer to this game depth.
 
Will upload a ODI version by tomorrow, the traits really get in to full affect in the longer format , T20 is just too short too see any impact of pitch or traits. Also added save and load feature
 
Added 3d Hawkeye of sorts and ball tracking for every single delivery and also removed the bug where the innings ends after the fall of 9th wicket instead 10 and added news article from the template of 100,000 lines which it generates and assign properly to every team and it’s players , too bad my subscription with cursor is over, will update the game in 2 to 3 weeks now.

It’s amazing what Claude 3.7 with cursor can do even if you have very basic programming knowledge.
 
I am happy to give my code to bigant studios for free if they make the career mode out of it , it will be a dream come true for me because it’s basically a football manager of cricket and no body has ever produced a detailed cricket simulation game like this ever.
