Ok. Well I'll only do the fitness and some injuries. It is just to make sure people don't post the same team every time.
You have to be fair though. I'm implementing that somewhat in my APL comp to make sure I don't get same old team every round too. BUT it will mainly effect people who don't really participate, for example last season I kept getting people saying "same team please.." and they would be at the bottom end of the table having top gun internationals sitting on the sideline and playing only 2 or 3 Internationals...
I will actually watch my players averages, etc as well as pitch types to choose the best team.. Because to be honest, this is the only League that I've really found interesting and enjoyable.
