He is not hurt so you cant get him replaced. Only injured players can be replaced as far as I know.

he is not playing for almost all month and I think we can replace a player if he is not playing.

A clarification on the replacements rule for this tournament.

• You won't be able to replace your non playing players at any stage.
• You will be able to replace any player that sustains an injury provided there is a news article. The deadline for this is 25th match - Deccan Chargers v Mumbai Indians Sun Mar 28. After this date you will not be able to make any more replacements.

Quite clearly mentioned earlier, The non-playing players would not be replaced for this series.
If you already knew he would not play for a month, why select him?
