This is how the drafting worked in the first season, I was last almost every round due to the other five managers all being Indian (time zone), and I ended up winning the thing.

Auction goes on this way!! You will still get a best team as if you are not able to pick and rest all pick up then you will get the last two left so do not worry mate!!

Also you can always ask some body else then other 8 owner's to draft for you and co-manage your team

That's ok dude, I do not want anybody else to manage my team.
But this way I'm sure I'll not be able to pick my fav. players.

I think he means that as he is not that active ATM, he will never get to draft the first two players in each group.
E.g. A.Flintoff and B.Lee are quite a bit better than A.Strauss and R.Sidebottom
So the first people picking/the people in the same TZ as you will get an advantage.
And I said last season I picked last in most rounds, but still ended up winning.

Well considering everyone is going to go for Tendulkar as he was MVP last season, most people will not get him...
