Ok on public Demand and Franchise owner not available during 12.00 AM IST and 6.30 GMT i will postpone this round and keep it at

12.00 PM IST (Next Day Morning) that is again 6.30 GMT time but twelve hours later





Also this system is used as it is much faster as Bidding system takes much time and people need to be really active
