Payne steps down as IRCG leader

The chief executive of the International Regulators of Cricket Grounds (IRCG), Mr. Lee Payne, has resigned with immediate effect.

Mr. Payne told the reporter, I. Quit, that he has struggled to balance his IRCG commitments with his role as chief executive of the Planet Cricket XI.

The IRCG sets guidelines and conducts inspections of the world's newest cricket grounds. They had recently began the search for stadia to host the Planet Cricket XI's first class competition. This will be unaffected.

A replacement to Mr. Payne will be revealed as soon as possible.

Mr. Payne said he was keen to remain as the chief executive of the Planet Cricket XI, and he hinted that he would work closely with the new person at the IRCG, which could lead to a possible rebrand of the Planet Cricket XI franchise.

If you are committed and you understand how Stadium War works then please send me a PM if you are interested in taking it over. You will be working with me to make sure nobody is let down in the game and you will be helping me with the details of the rebrand of the Planet Cricket XI.

Too bad. was looking forward to this. hopefully someone will take over.

I am adamant that the game will be played so as to not let you or any of the other players down. TBH, with 2 people running it, it could be even better.

I would but it's not my sort of thing. I tend to run other things like fantasy games e.g cricket, Baseball, American Football etc. hopefully someone who is good at this will take over it.
