Is it possible to increase pace of fast bowler

Is it possible to increase pace of fast bowlers like-
Bret Lee, Shoaib Akthar, S. Bond etc. ...
these bowlers are not fast enough,
Speed wise there is not much difference in
Medium fast or Fast bowling.
* Fast bowling speed around --- 152 kmp ( very hard to get proper timing, inswing yorkers, bodyline bowling )
* fast medium bowling speed around --- 135 kmp
*medium fast bowling speed around --- 125 kmp

I Know its possible if you try.

Question has been answered many times, obviously if it could be done someone would have released a patch.
