Is there no one day league in Eng and Aus in career mode?

I'm seeing in the selection status screen each country only seems to have T20 and First Class competitions listed, unless I'm reading it wrong or missing something. That would be a big omission. I'm currently in WI and glad they have a league for every type of cricket, but they seem to be alone in that.

Err, I do remember the limited overs comp in both countries... I think, and I maybe wrong, the T20 is there to play to a faster level and then get into the proper stuff... ?

So you have to play T20 in a country to "unlock" 50 overs in that country? I don't know, WI50 has always been listed in my selection menu. But maybe that's because it's my starting region?

I'm already expecting selection for first class leagues too, that have always been on the selection list. Some countries only list one competition. There's def competitions missing here unless you do unlock them somehow.

To be fair I would only play the WNCL in Western Australia not sure about the male setup (in the game), sorry.

This appears to be the case, yeah. I started my career based in English County Cricket and never had WI50 on my selection status list. Only Carribean Premier League.

Also went and played NZ T20 and subsequently was offered to be part of the First Class and 50 Over squads - neither of which were listed in Selection Status either.

Thanks for your answers to both threads. I'm almost earning an invite to the English County first class competition. You think if I play that I'll unlock the English one day, or do I really just need to do their T20?
