I like it, but it seems unfinished.
Download the brushes from Rabz pack and upload the abstract brushes and use some of them. And upload some Grunge textures.

I love everything about it apart from the render and the orange/red bits on the right.
The background is really well made and the scanlines suit it really well, it just looks really good, maybe a logo or something could be added to make it a little less empty.
The text is nice and simple, could maybe have a 1px stroke on it and have some small text brushing round it but it works like it is .
The render could be better, the picture is good (a good shot) but his face is too dark, not sure if this is a render effect or the picture used.

You should be proud of that, a great improvement on your other work (not taking anything away from them) .

yeah the face on the render was already dark but when i tried some lighting effects and render effects it just made it darker , lol.
but thanks will be using those tips next time.
