Just seen it, terrible decision.
As soon as the umpire raises his finger that's it, anything that happens after his finger is raised is irrelevant. Just because the review was overturned does not then mean that you can have a second bite at the cherry and appeal for the run out.
Once again Dharmasena is involved, terrible umpire.
