I think you shouldn't do texted works only, but make two or three versions of it, the third avvy could have been magnificent only if the text wasn't there, a red light or texture would have looked better. The placement in the second avvy could be better too just like the first one, it's the best. The first KP one's BG (rest part) could be blurred, looks like you tried too but it could be blurred even more. The last one looks like filled with text, text becomes the focal there which you're weak in so I'd consider you to make a text-less version of it too, lightning is well balanced and the placement look perfect but again, it gets ruined by the text. Anyways, KIU!

You're having some trouble with selective colour IMO, you should try and keep the colours balanced. Also 4th avatar stands out among these.
