You really had no ideas.

Placement in the first avatar could be better, second on could be darkened a bit or increase the gamma a bit (I'd prefer increase in gamma). The text "Irfan" isn't looking good. And the wallpaper....the textures aren't blended well, the BG doesn't seem to be made to use for GFX. Text is messed up. KIU nevertheless!

Avatars looking fine. As Sully said some tweakings can make it better .But Most of your avatars have same kind touch.
