Both the avatars are not re-sized correctly. Hold shift while re-sizing images so they don't look stretched.

Its not so good,in my opinion the stock itself is very dark,& adding the text makes it worse.Trying adding text only when there is enough place left in you avatar/siganture.But the one thing I like there is the use of 2 to 3 textures
