Kits Update Problem

Hi i just downloaded the "Kits Update".
I also Have Cricket 2004 Graphics Importer V2.2.
I Also Have Read The "ReadMe" File but it doesn't explain anything, can someone tell me how to install this patch. The files downloaded were file.data and install.data - maybe im missing a file or something. Someone please Help Me

You go to GI2, click import zip, and then select the kitsupdate.zip file...
