Lack of Players in Career Mode

I've been playing career mode for a while and decided to start a new one on a whim. I searched Rory Burns. No player found. Jamie Porter? No. Ollie Pope, Daniel Lawrence, Sam Curran? Nope.

How do you get players that aren't on the list? If you know, please tell me.
