At the end, I would like to say that a good manager/member/mod isn't the one who just goes around and participates in every league. He is the one who contributes to the league he is in/managing to the maximum. I would say that NZPL is a brilliant league + CG is the most active manager in almost each league he participates.

Though I would agree that he doesn't encourage each and every league but he still don't discourages them.

TBH, I'm pissed to see what some of the guys see running a league as. What Bounce talked in the league just looked like he wanted to show CG that he is greater than him or he can run a big league etc.
There Rahulkhush said me that he wanted to show some people that he can run a league.
But why?
I run a league because I love it. If there are some members here who were there before the 2nd season of my league would know with how much difficulty I had run my league. 2 team managers were totally inactive there, 1 was active rarely and 1 team (SRI) hadn't had any manager at all.
But I kept it running. And see, now I am leading.

I don't know why due to lack of activity some members get disheartened or something and end their leagues despite having a good idea.
Remember, if you put an effort despite of writing the first post and asking people to join, you'd surely be successful.

And I would love to say this --

I run a league because I love it. If there are some members here who were there before the 2nd season of my league would know with how much difficulty I had run my league. 2 team managers were totally inactive there, 1 was active rarely and 1 team (SRI) hadn't had any manager at all.

I agree with you on what you said about me, I don't encourage each and every league, but I still don't discourage any.

Like you said about your league, I run the NZPL becuase I find it very fun, and I participate in a few leagues because I enjoy that as well.

If you are here for any other reason that not to have fun, I'd just leave now.

Also, I am not at all fuming in real life, as being against the powerful guys on a forum won't affect my life in any manner.

What I say is just as you are, keep on supporting CG. He needs it as he might be banging his head here and there and won't be having anyone around for his support, which he needs badly. :laugh

Its difficult to imagine how the lifeless character takes a small healthy discussion to a huge (just for him, as he is lifeless ) issue.

I am surprised that you will actually put efforts in making a CV. Surely nobody needs your CV. Rather, concentrate more on your life ie the NZPL.

And if you really need some matter for your CV, include stuff like "Managed the entire NZPL solely".
Don't forget to mention what NZPL is. Because nobody actually gives a damn to it!
Also, continue the NZPL as long as you can. In all seriousness, you are the best in running such online virtual leagues, but its just that you don't have the proper attitude.

Waqas' old league has been nominated for the past few months, but his new league hasn't finished a season yet, hence why it wasn't nominated.
If you had done any research, you would have realised that I didn't nominate my league last month since I hadn't played any matches, but since my season was run over the first half of September, why shouldn't it be able to be nominated for LOTM September?
Meets league is all the way down the bottom of the first page, so I had assumed it had gone inactive.

Why do you assume so much things Callum?

There is a truth about you not giving an official status to TGK for his 20 Over Champions League.He has beautifully managed his league and if you do not want that why dont add T20 leagues team to your SO CALLED OFFICIAL CHAMPIONS LEAGUE.

BCVS run the first season and had got permission from him...

@ Varun People raised questions about me not completing league and that was my big mistake and that is why I want to show them and prove their trust right that I can run a league.

Callum I just want you to understand that NZPL and APL is the Best League ever on Cricketing Forum On PC after WPL

Do not include them in every occasion and let others have some opportunity.

Likes of Shan & Aditya do nothing but ████.. Voting for a league without being active on this forum.

that's why I've closed my league. none of the members were active expect 3 of them. when I have problem with inactive members I shouldn't have stop the league, but I did. if I would have run it, then I could have been on fine stage ATM.
