No this is how it works, If you come first and are above the promotion line, you get automatic promotion, but if you come first and are below the promotion line, you have to play a playoff. here is an example. We have 64 IV leagues in Australia and 256 V leagues. All the people above the promotion lines replace the teams which came 7th and 8th between IV.1 and IV.64 (First 128 Teams). The bottom half of the promotion line play off against 5th and 6th in Div IV and the winner is either promoted or stays in their division

No the only way you will lose your team is if you become inactive, or if you cheat and have your team taken away and you then being banned.

Which green line has to be the promotion line?

When i see the promotion info, there is a green line first and some teams to follow that line.. And another green line and some more teams below that green line.

I think, i am above the promotion line because a team with 58 NRR is also below the first green line.

Just go to the promotion info page from the pavilion. There will be only one green line which means you will be automatically promoted.
