Not sure. I've never done female players. Probably wouldn't be as hard as doing male players, just minor tweaks like eyebrows and lips I would assume.

I also use Photopea online photo editor. It's pretty awesome and completely free.
in addition, you can get a drawing tablet like XP-PEN ( https://www.xp-pen.com ), which beats using a mouse or trackpad to edit photos. For slider adjustments, spot, brush edits it's pretty good.
