Letting the computer play for you

Hi guys -

What I expected was to be able to create one player and import him into the team. Then I expected to bat and possibly bowl if my character came up. But it wants me to control everyone...

Like if I was playing Lancs, myself being a poor bowler (but a good batter) then I would expect, as in real life, for the bowlers to do their job.

Unfortunately, I have been giving Anderson a rotten name due to 'his' really bad bowling!

Is there any way for the cpu to control the team with just me playing my character?

While I love your idea I'm afraid it cannot be done...

I do remember being able to control just one player of your choosing in other sports games though...All Star Baseball is one, and also one of the early versions of NBA Live had it as well (the latest versions may have it still but I haven't played them)

I'm waiting for a game where you play an entire career as one player. Batting/bowling/fielding/changing clubs/getting england call ups etc etc
