Centurion vs Capetown, eh? I am supporting Fenil for he has a team with allround skill and full of match winners.

#GGCW , my support goes to Simon because he eliminated my team and the team that can eliminate my team can only win this. :thumbs

I will try my level best to make the finals as realistic as possible. :) Graphics+ maybe last wicket last ball finish. (If only it happens on the first go though)

Wow first time I have seen some one putting the conclusion up like this, normally people say "oh because of them we are out, I hope they lose." :p Fair play.

You should always expect something different from me. :D

Think we have the best possible combination at the moment and with the momentum and edge we have over the other finalists (we have beaten them in the last match against them) should make us favorites.

Unchanged.

Simon looks damn strong for the finals due to the one factor in his team Kumar Sangakarra who is in dazzling form through out the tournament while fenil is a legend in this thing too expecting an epic final :thumbs

You need to undergo a program on decision making as a man with too much fluctuating thoughts is often termed as tard. :p No offense, just saying.

Hey I'm not 'tard! :p

You did get what I meant , right ? :spy

If the great Fenil defeats the man who defeated me , then I'll assume that I was supporting the wrong fella....:p

Good morning ladies and gentleman, welcome to this grand final match between the 2 sides who fought there way to get to this well deserved final spot. Today's action will be held in the Chevrolet Park, home of Centurion. Today it will be Centurion Lions VS Capetown Warriors, Centurion Lions have made them selves come to this spot in three seasons in a row and in the last two seasons they did get their hands on the trophy. Capetown Warriors never got this far in the South African Premier League before but Capetown Warriors promise to be a great challenge for Centurion as their team has been in full form from the recent matches. That is it from me here now lets go down for the toss, over to you Danny!

Danny Morrison said:
Goooood Morningggg Centurionnnnnn! I have the two captains standing beside me here I'll be having a nice conversation with these two, but first I would like to have a little conversation with Jacques Kallis. So Kallis first time standing here for the finals, how does it feel?

Jacques Kallis said:
Well obviously it is a great feeling to stand here but we are here because of the great performance from our bowlers and batsmen, they really put the pressure on the other the teams at crucial stages and we built our way to the final for doing that.

Danny Morrison said:
So have you or your team got any plans for today's game?

Jacques Kallis said:
Not really all we are going to set our sight is on a good solid performance.

Danny Morrison said:
You got some great inform players in your squad there, do you or your team rely one person who is doing great?

Jacques Kallis said:
No, we all work as a team to and not just leave it for one men to do all the work with both bat and bowl we always try to support our team when things are looking bad for us.

Danny Morrison said:
Thank you Kallis for this great conversation. Now Sanga I would love it if you can spend a little time with me here. So you finally got to this final stage, you have always stayed put with Capetown from season 1 to season 3 and first time all the effort never went in vain this season, what do you think is the main reason for it?

Kumar Sangakkara said:
Well as Kallis said form and team work, we have done great from the word go and got our prize by getting in to the finals.

Danny Morrison said:
Well your form in this tournament has been just great, you are currently holding the golden bat, I bet your a happy man wih that?

Kumar Sangakkara said:
Well yesh but the equal credit goes to our team mates who stood by me building good partnerships and made me confident to hit in runs.

Danny Morrison said:
Now how are your team will be looking to perform in this final?

Kumar Sangakkara said:
We'll be looking to perform the same way we have in the whole tournament by winning games.

Danny Morrison said:
Any last words before the toss?

Kumar Sangakkara said:
No not really but I would like to thank all the People in Centurion who gave us a good warm welcome to the finals.

Danny Morrison said:
Well now it is toss time, Kallis will spin the coin as he is the local player here.

Code:
Coin is flicked in the air.

Kumar Sangakkara said:

Danny Morrison said:
Sanga calls it heads.

Code:
Coin drops on the floor on tails.

Danny Morrison said:
Now Jacques you have won the toss what would you be looking to do first up?

Jacques Kallis said:
We'll field first.

Danny Morrison said:
Any reason?

Jacques Kallis said:
Well I think the pace and bounce will change through out the match and might come in handy later in the match.

Danny Morrison said:
Now Sanga you lost the toss what would have you done?

Kumar Sangakkara said:
I would to have fielded first because we would have love to know what kind of total to chase down and on what run rate.

Danny Morrison said:
Thank you Sanga and Kallis for the nice conversation now back to you Sim.

Singhb said:

Sanjay Manjrekar said:
Well Mahela you have some really big numbers next to your name, what for you is it that made you confident to get these many runs?

Mahela Jayawardene said:
Well it has been the team support I have been getting recently.

Sanjay Manjrekar said:
What do you think of when you are batting in the middle there?

Mahela Jayawardene said:
I think of the faith that my team has in me to get the runs when it is required.

Sanjay Manjrekar said:
Do you think you can battle your team mate Sangakkara for the golden bat?

Mahela Jayawardene said:
Hahaha well we are very good friends and if I perform well who knows I might get the golden bat.

Sanjay Manjrekar said:
Now over to you Rameez.

Rameez Raza said:
Well thank you Sanjay. I have the skipper Sangakkara standing next to me here, so Sanga you already had a few words with Danny but now lets talk about your performance. Well you have been holding this golden bat for quiet a long time now, do you think you can keep that next to you?

Rameez Raza said:
Now your currently on 796 I believe, ready for the 800th runs are you nervous?

Kumar Sangakkara said:
Well yes I am kind of nervous but I am fully confident that I can get my 800 runs.

Rameez Raza said:
Do you think you will be able to walk out of this stadium with a trophy in your hands?

Kumar Sangakkara said:
Yes me and my team are fully confident we can hit in a good performance for today.

Rameez Raza said:

Now I know what was taking too long. Well done Sim for the presentation. I like the fact that you did not try to make the scorecard look like the SuperSports overlay. This does make the final look as a special match. White colored fonts here would looked better but nah, forget about that, forget about the Dilshan turning into Dishpan (funny typo indeed) its great that you have put such an effort for the match.

Coming to the match, we are looking right into the game at half way stage. We have all the batting in the world to chase that score as we bat very very deep with Hall at #9 and Malinga capable of hitting a few lusty blows. Expecting a win unless the pitch suddenly becomes a graveyard for the batsmen.
