Personally, don't start it until the PCPL is over, as most of the members are forgetting to even check the matches.

Truthfully, I stick with what I said. Wait for the PCPL to finish. For some reason, the activity in all other leagues have decreased considerably.

Yep seems fair enough, and till pcpl finishes i will just make one of them tours leagues, where two 3 of national teams take part in a tour or tri series.
