what do you use to make it run smoothly, i cant work the area how do i get to view all the patches

You need Sam's EXE so that some bugs are gone and it is a must. That should be in essentials in the downloads centre

People also seem to prefer Boss's CoolGamePlayPatch, so you might want to try that too.
