loading problem

I have installed the game,but when i start to play the game,during loading it comes back to the desktop.It's so irritating.
I have a intel 810e chipset graphics driver.Is the problem due to my graphics configuration,please somebody help me.

The game doesn't work if you have certain intel on-board graphics chips. A quick search of the forums would have told you this.
