i don't think it will be the os problem, i think it will be the graphic card option

YES you DO have a graphics card (or else you wouldn't be able to see the screen) BUT you may not have one that is compatible with BLIC 2005. I think that maybe the problem (especially since it says not compatible with integrated vid cards which yours is most likely to be.

Stuff all that just get a new pc, even if it does work it might not run properly.
