Looking for instructions/booklet for Cricket 2004 ... Help

I am after a copy of the booklet that comes with the game. Either electronic or hardcopy. Does anyone know anywhere on the web where a copy is avaliable for download?

Or does anyone already have a copy they can email me?

Or is anyone willing to scan/copy theirs and mail/email me?
