I have no knowledge of LOTR. Anyway, Lets start.

One thing is for sure, I'm not lynching any Samurai Penguins unless it's certain they are mafia.

Pretty interesting reasoning behind not lynching someone. Perhaps there is some motive other than protecting team mates?

Educated guess from this says that User is Gollum/Sm?agol. Which would also say he's individual aligned...?

Whhaaaaa? Repeating his self? As I have zero knowledge, I'm really not much into defending. It was just that thing you know, the first day lynch/bandwagon. Nothing much.

Probably, though I honestly think its a bit stretch. I really don't see anything really that weird to indicate he is gollum.

I do however feel that he will be in game.

Nah he had multiple personalities, that's much more weird than just repeating yourself. Also he always referred to himself in the third person.

I feel like Frodo, Gollum, Gandalf, Aragon, Sam, Gimli and Legolas are real good possibilities.
As for Mafia Sauron and Saruman are two that I can think of.

Yeah I know, but how would they have created the character for what is, in essence, a simple enough mafia game. I'm sure it would have been written so that in his role, he must either repeat himself in the way he just did, or maybe post two completely differing points of view....?

At the end of the day, if he's individually-aligned, he will pose no threat to anyone, and if he's cult/recruitable, again, no real threat.


With regards to the characters, my guess would be:
Sauron, Saruman, Wormtongue, Gollum, Aragorn, Legolas, Gimli, Frodo, Sam, Merry, Pip, Elrond, Gandalf, Boromir....
With slightly left-field characters being: Denethor, Treebeard, Bilbo, The Ring, Shelob, Galadriel, Eomer, Faramir, Arwen...
