I am introducing a new topic under the name Magic moments for readers to enjoy some of the exciting moments in a cricket match drawn from past and present era.
The Magic moments will be comprised of exciting matches, innings, bowling, fielding of the highest class.

I would like to start with India V Australia 2nd Tied match in history of cricket1986-6.
Their has only been two instances of tied test matches and in both cases Australia was involved.
In the second instance Australia? s opponent was India.
The match( First Test : India VS Australia) was held at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chepauk, Madras,September(8 -22) 1986.
The scenario : Scores leveled: Australia: 574 for 7 declared and 170 for 5 declared, India 397 all out and 347 for 9.

Ashraful`s 94 off 52 vs England
Bangladesh ?s present skipper Ashraful has enormous talent (unfilled promise).
He had played a few magical innings that brought Bangladesh improbable victories.
I rate this particular innings very high as he unleashed an exhibition of high quality batting (Hook, Pull Scoop ? he had everything in this innings) against the top English Bowlers who were thrashed to all parts of the ground with minimal effort
He scored a classic 94 in 52 deliveries that contained 11 exquisitely timed fours and 3 glorious sixes.
Though Bangladesh lost the match he established himself as a batsman of enormous talent
Also watch what Commentators spoke of him.
It was a real marvel from the enigmatic Ash.
