I tried to add a border but it didn't work.
Ok i will try to get Daleks and the battle sig done tonight.

All you do is make a new layer on top of all and Ctrl+A make sure you have the rectangular marquee tool selected and then go Edit>Stroke>1px black center

Lol, thats awesome! Do you have Paint Shop Pro aswell? I have that program but I don't really know how to use it because I'm used to Photoshop.

I used a programn called animation shop 3. I had the trial of paint shop pro and i only used to to make blended sigs.
