Why are you posting the screen shot in BMP format having size around 1.4MB why not use .jpg or .png which takes less time to load for dial up users and also solves your purpose.

Saurabh I always try to post screenies in jpg format but I think in this screen shot I forgot to convert Bmp into jpg But Ill post future screenies in jpg ok
