On the topic or the Orange phone company I am pretty sure they joined up with 3, in Australia that is.

We have Telecomm and Vodafone. Thank god there's no company called Kiwifruit.

Well Orange were part of Optus anyway, and I think 3 use Telstra's service. AFAIK, we only have three that provide their own service; Telstra, Optus and Vodafone. 3 might be its own but I'm not sure. Then there's places like Crazy Johns and Allphones that do deals on other networks.
