More seam, swing and edges ??

I think this topic has been already discussed and I have gone through most of them and I got two ways, the AI patch or the Config editor. The negative part of the AI patch is that the big cursor also comes along. But what if I want just more seam, swing and edges with the big cursor?

If the answer is the Config editor, it has numerous values, which ones am I supposed to change ? And what should be the magnitude of the change ?
