Some good avatars while few looks bit overdone and messed with lightning and coloring. You should continue following tuts if you're been doing recently. If not then start now.

The first avatar of Corey was going to be superb! but then came the text.

The lightning isn't looking balanced and too blue in the Brendon avatars. Decrease the blue in selective colours. Placement in Shakib one needs to be improved. A coloured version of Sharma would have been nice, non-text too. KIU nonetheless!

Good avatars. The greenish you gave to McCullum avatar doesn't suit the avatar.Corey avatar is best in the list, Shakib's avatar is too dark and placement should also needed improvement. Rohit sharma avatars is looking good.
