Man if u have ever played cricket and bowled with this type of action you will know that you can bowl doosra, teesra and even chowtha with this action. he should be banned.
Okay then, when at the height of the controversy it was found many of the worlds bowlers were over the times legal limit (the law at the time was stupid and unfair anyway), so if Murali is to be banned then so the likes of McGrath, etc. Interestingly so many coaches say to their young budding fast bowlers "Watch McGraths action" it's a 'classic' bowling action yet was over the legal limit at the time. You can't compare him to a typical off spinner (let's say Shaun Udal, Harbhajan Singh, etc), his action is unique to himself, it's within the laws the game.
