IE Tab and Ad block plus are the ones I have installed currently, but I am looking to expand to make my surfing experience the best it can be.

What does IE Tab do?
Apart from Adblock, I also have Taboo, with which you can save open tabs for later viewing-very helpful. I also have Firebug, but that's if you are into web development. Another good one is the Customize Google extension which allows you to change several Google preferences.
