Theres no way I would drop Thorpe. Like you said, its his last series amd he's dug us out of so many holes in the past, a brilliant number 4. Don't get me wrong, I think Pietersen is an excellent player but I think his lack of test experience could prove costly against the aussies, although he's had a great start to the international summer (bar today).

Going back to today - why has it taken until the 6th wicket partnership to start batting sensibly? :crying
