Sorry for the delay here - it turns out putting 150-odd (18 + 64 + 20 + 32 + 18) teams into the simulator is actually really sodding boring. A completely unforeseen issue, but one we should be able to power through in the next couple of days. Thank you all for your patience, and I do endeavour to make it worthwhile
