Not sure if you had noticed this, but I will quote this straight from the link you had posted, and this is the red, bold notice on top of the download page, therefore I would imagine it to be hard to missed as well:

THIS DOWNLOAD IS TEMPORARILY OFFLINE FOR MAINTENANCE: IN THE MEANTIME YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE BATS HERE AND THE FACES HERE AS TWO SEPARATE DOWNLOADS.
