As wdfuben said earlier, you can't just assign your own averages. Especially averages that are as unfair as that.40 batting and 25 bowling? You would destroy everyone.

hahahaha I love it!!!! its funny coz the best cricketers (the ones with those sort of averages) would defs not be on these forums. Its hilarious the averages you see though, I mean in reality Im currently bowling at an average of 19.5, but thats from only 2 games, and im batting at 17.5 once again from 2 games, and I'd class that as a bloody good performance but compared to the averages people have on the forums im ****

Thats the internet, an escape from real life, I mean, why admit your highest score is actually 12 when you can beat Bradman.

But too true, if all these averages were real we'd be seeing some of these members playing some scarily good international (lol, i nearly said internetanal) cricket.

haha yeh same here, I'm doing **** this season averaging 16(2 + 38 + 0 ?) with the bat and like 60 with the ball, i had a good one last season.

I had a bad shoulder injury just after mid-way through the summer, which i didnt play for about 7 weeks, then when i returned, my shoulder ripped, and i had to have another op, then 3 weeks later i was back batting and since then both areas of my game have been pretty shoddy, thats why im playing indoor cricket over Winter, as i cant afford for a long layoff until January nets

your not very good, my batting average is 61.4152 and my bowling average is 14.2573

Correct me if im wrong, that is after two games huh?

And my averages have suffered due to injury in my shoulder, but come next season ill be averaging 40 with the bat and 1.5 with the ball!
