New PSU help

Hopefully, I won't have to get one, but if I do, what's the best one for around ?30-?40? I think I'd be looking at 500w+, if I do get a new one.

My specs will be:

Mobo: GA-P35-S3
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E4400 2Ghz
GPU: ATI X1950XT 256Mb DDR3
RAM: Kingston 2.Gb 240pin DDR2 PC667Mhz PC5300
Sound: Audigy 4

I recommend you to get a 700 W+ PSU because most of the Modern Graphics Cards require extra power to overclock. Tagan 900W or Tagan 1100W would do the job.
