I waited a long time before trying to go against sony six. They hold the right for new zealand cricket in india but only for matches involving India. Now no other channel can buy the rights because the most profitable series is already bought. We already missed a great series vs Pakistan and now we are missing Mccullum's farewell month and cricket's fiercest rivalry after India-Pakistan. I request all cricket fans to send an email to-
[email protected]
And try everything else so that these channels realise they are not the boss but merely taking advantage of the fact that there are so many cricket fans in the world. I request all PC members to help this cricket fan from India

I agree with you, Using mu own channel list and have subscribed to SIX.

No you were wrong
Neo bought rights for cricket in newzeland from 2013 to 2017 for 7 years , but minus Western Asia they suppose to shows game live all over.
Even radiosports newzeland stopped over seas audio for India.they were all matches since last 11 mos including current Aus series first game live only in audio

Sony six busy with Master super League from Dubai and tensports contract with eng. vs Southafrica still not over.
Neoprime should shows game live from newzeland unless is it India in Western Asia?

The 2013-14 India tour of New Zealand was broadcast by Sony SIX. I have done my research and I am sure Sony SIX has rights but only for matches involving India and hence now no one else will look to buy the rights as the most profitable matches are sold already.

How about Qualifying Asia cup games starts today, Feb. 19
AFG vs UAE

Do you think those game broadcast live on tv in India?

Seriously mate, you are comparing AFG vs UAE Asia Cup T20 qaulifying match with Australia vs New Zealand where the no 1 ranking is on offer for 1 of the teams. Plus it is the farewell of BMac who at this point of time is on of the most respected and inspiring cricketer and captain in the world. I cant imagine how you got to that comparison.
My only motive to start this thread was to provide a platform for fans from India to share their emotions. I thought being a cricket frenzy nation, lots of people would love to watch these matches. Even if not many woke up at 3.00 am but still plenty of action after 6 a.m or highlights in the evening. And its not like this is something that never happened. There were live test matches from New Zealand when ESPNStar had a contract years back and I am sure someone else will bring it back once this contract with SIX expires but at this point of time SONY SIX has just wronged a lot of fans from India.
