New Zealand Premier League XIII

I honestly have no idea why Yousuf is doing so good here. :lol

Last season he absolutely dominated, and now he's started off this season with another MOTM, but both seasons he's been on the lowest rating tier of the international specialist batsmen, which is like five off the likes of Sachin etc.

That was terrible bowling, with some weird bowling orders. Lots of batsmen got starts but none pushed on. Kallis should really have scored more. Maybe I should open with Southee again.

Yeah, I'm not sure why Southee only bowled five overs while Williamson bowled eight, when there's quick a distinct difference between their bowling ratings. I guess that's the nature of the beast (cricksim) though.

That was an entertaining game of cricket, much to the delight of our fan base at home.
300 was the par score and Ryder, Yousuf and Watling made sure we got there despite a slow start by showing both intent and application.
Our bowlers complemented the good job done by the batsmen. That wicket of Kallis in the very first over set the tone. :)

That's not fair (:p),MoYo is a world class batsman just as good as Tendulkar.
Now that you have disclosed his (under)rating,I'll be very reluctant to play him.
Sangakkara should replace him.

Even if he was like 2-3 values behind Sachin, Sanga and co,I'd have played ahead of them because of what he did last season. :D

Since the 1st of January 2009 in ODI cricket he's averaged 25, and since the 1st of January 2010 in ODI cricket he's averaged 18. :noway

We finally broke the duck by piling up 289 for five and then putting the visitors for 284. It a remarkable change of tempo, Cook made 43 in an opening stand of 72 in 11 overs with Haig's 25. Boam, who made a big impact at warm-up, produced the cleanest striking of the match, sharing an unbroken stand of 76 with Broom. Broom held firm with an unbeaten 77.

LOL,where do you get all these interesting stats from?
He was probably paid to underperform.
Not his fault but the system is run by a bunch of retards. :p

Waikato were never a threat :p

I was surprised we beat them so convincingly actually, then I looked at my team. ;)

that was a pretty close game, surprised that broom had it in him to make such a score :p

Although i am disappointed with the bowling effort, especially bates which was just not good enough from a specialist bowler.
