The time and draft order looks just fine, waiting for you to post the draft rules and form.
Everything's pretty much in that post above. When the New Zealand draft starts, just post the New Zealand player that you want, provided that they haven't already been picked.
I don't really see much point in using a list at the start, because of the initial rush etc. I'll add one before the start of the second round, so you know when you're picking then, but it's simply just the reverse of when you picked in the first round, so like this:
Round 1 (free for all)
Person A
Person B
Person C
Person D
Person E
Person F
Person G
Person H
Round 2 (ordered - in the reverse order of when you picked in round 1)
1st pick - Person H
2nd pick - Person G
3rd pick - Person F
4th pick - Person E
5th pick - Person D
6th pick - Person C
7th pick - Person B
8th pick - Person A
Round 3 (free for all again like round 1)
And I'll get to Round 4 closer to the time, although it will work similar to round 2.
Both of the drafts will start (and hence run) separately, for the reason that I said above. They will both run the same though, so when the time comes for the international draft to start, you can just make your pick. Like with the New Zealand draft I'll post a list after the initial rush, so we'll have to lists going separately, one for each draft.
The rules are just the usual; pick within 24 hours, don't pick anyone who's already been picked, check the thread when you come online to see if it's your pick, etc. I haven't bothered to post any proper list, because you're all experienced enough, and if you make a mistake there should be someone else online to correct you.
