I've gained the maximum bonus with three players and one gained 10 points, but I still don't think I will be in the top 3. It has mainly to do because of New Zealand's lack of runs. They even can't gain a lead with their second innings.

Kyle Mills had 119 bowling runs, not 115. It's doesnt change much to the standings though, because they are the same.
