The game was released in a rush and due to some technical problems they didn't make World Cup/Tournaments completely as a result the kits and other parts are incomplete for World Cup/Tournaments. SO NO ONE CAN UNLOCK IT.

@armaan khan : Since I used cap-less fielding model for MSD, u must first change his face in appearance settings in PLAYER EDITOR OF THE GAME after that, save it. Then again open MSD and change bat, u will have no problem.
