Nimbus no longer official broadcaster of BCCI.

WSH is postponed because IHF has scheduled practice for INDIA HOCKEY TEAM after few days for Olympic Qualifier. Thats why Most indian players can't take part in WSH.

ESPNSTAR will never take broadcast rights for matches in India, as BCCI is going to charge lots of money and BCCI can terminate their contract anytime, like they did to NEO. ESPNSTAR buyed world cup broadcast rights as it was ICC tournament.

Today NEO was broadcasting RANJI match, so i don't think contract is yet terminated fully.

Neo will continue to broadcast this Ranji match (Gujarat VS TN) Nimbus officials have said they will resolve the conflict so NEO will continue to be the broadcasters

@AP: Better read it completely before posting a reply. I said IF the rights go from Neo, then I hope they go to ESPN Star. But somewhere down my heart even I want the rights to be scrapped from Neo as I have to pay Rs 50/month extra to Airtel for Neo Cricket and Neo Sports!

@Haarithan: Yes, I was referring to you. And sorry to say that most of your posts in 'cricket discussion' and 'general chat' piss me off. Be yourself is what I will say. Your views here are so different than on Facebook (I haven't read much of you, and I conclude from whatever I used to read on Binnu's wall), for what, 'pseudo-respect'? It's sad to see many young Indians criticising India and Indian stuff and praising the rest (even in the general chat and entertainment section) to gain the so called 'respect' on this site. You guys just seem to be the earlier Yudis and Adityas who somehow wanted to become a staff member of this infamous site. At least Aditya always stayed himself, I lost interest.

You thanked my post where i took a sigh of relief about Neo getting scrapped by BCCI and then here you are supporting Yudi's comments which are somewhat correct but are completely unnecessary in this part of discussion. How many asses are you trying to lick .
@Yudi, yeah i know Haari can be a little biased towards England sometimes but this is not a country related debate. It is purely about a television broadcaster who is not doing his job properly. If tomorrow ESPN's telecast degrades to the level of Neo i would be the first one to point it out. And Neo is not the only channel in shitty telecast. Except ESPN, Star Cricket and Star Sports, all the other channels are sub standard. It was a torture on eyes to watch the Australia vs SA series on Ten last month. Such a low resolution telecast

Yes I agree that the PQ is bad in SD, but Neo Cricket HD is pretty good. It's not available on Airtel yet so I haven't seen much of it, but I did see it at one of my friend's house and the audio as well as the video quality was too good.

BTW I read in the newspaper today that Nimbus and BCCI are trying to resolve the issue. But at the same time, BCCI has begun looking for another broadcasters, and Set Max is the front-runner.

I really hope Set Max doesn't get it even though I am not a fan of Neo Sports. I want to see cricket remain cricket rather than what Set Max tries to do.

Do you understand or just post? I liked your comment because I hate NEO CRICKET as channel but I liked Yudi's post because what he said was true about few people(again not pointing towards Haarithan)

Back on topic @rahulkhush - yes I too was surprised because I saw the live telecast yesterday but then it was not on today. So this means the contract is broken and it will be interesting to see who is been given the new contractr

Not sure what you're arguing about - don't really care either, but I'd suggest you all reword your ass related comments. Licking is very different in connotation than the phrase you're looking for.

That said, it's hardly helpful for any of you to be discussing that. Discuss the issue not your views of other members or there'll be some infractions to share around.
