No-balls

Is it just me or are the rules for no balls not applied in the county season? As in, there isn't a free hit after the no ball. Also, a minor thing, when you look at the replay of a no-ball, his foot is well behind the line. Anyone know of a patch for these things?

There is a Free Hit in the Totesport League & Twenty20 Cup matches, but if the batsman is out, he walks in again with the same score.

This only happens when he is caught well thats from my expirience when he is bowled nothing happens.
