Nokia 6600 : How To Save Files From Inbox To Memory Card

hey guys, i have nokia 6600,

i can recieve files like mp3, jpeg, etc files from other mobiles phone hrough bluetooth. they land up in my INBOX and consume my phone's inbuilt memory which is around 8mb.

How can i transfer/save file from my INBOX to my PHONE'S MEMORY.

plz help, i need to transfer around 5mb of files from my phone's memory coz currently my phone's memory is full because i do not know how to transfer those file to my memory card.

plz reply as soon as possible.
