How about talking with the Cricsim management ? if a player don't want to stay with at eam he should be allowed to join other team.

Sid wants to move from DD to IW. But, DD refuses to let him go without a trade. And we at IW believe that the free will of players should prevail, like how we allowed Tom & Pepper to leave.
