Not playing ODIs anymore

I was New Zealand playing Australia on TEST and i bowled them out for 48. crazy. they woudln't take singles, they would hit the odd 4 and 6 but most of the time they were just blockign not even trying to get runs. THIS IS JUST WRONG. i got the 49 required off 6 overs for the loss of 1 wicket (my newly created player)

Anyone else think ODIs are just useless?

Tests arn't that much better as they will always hit to where there are no fielders accross the line. so if you plug up all the gaps around the field it can get so boring just blocking all the time. and not even tryin to score runs at all. thus not hitting the balls out and making it harder to get wickets.

that is my only gripe about the game, still prefer it oveer ea cricket aye

Why don't you keep attacking fields. THe AI is not great, but you have to play according to AI lol.

yeah i agreee....BLIC2005 sux big time,,,,,when game was released i really liked it eg,oh what a game, wow.but after a week i realised it sux...and also u have seen many harsh reviews...so if u wana enjoy real cricket fun,so play ea cricket 2005...reeally cool game so far made..PS2......codies+blic2005 losers suxers

I think woosaah, meant that he is disappointed with BLIC but still prefer over cricket 2005.

The AI is stupid and I often keep attacking fields, so that AI can score and I can also get him out. Also while battting I don't move around to get in line with the ball and play from my stands position so that it becomes little more difficult to score.

yeah i prefer this to cricket 2005, i have that 2 but its just 2 slow but much more realistic. i will probably go back to that but i like the test aspect.

sure i keep attacking fields and stuff but it can bee kinda boring still as if you are still bowling a good line and length they will block it 90% of the time.
